Пути повышения эффективности лечения местно-распространенных и метастатических форм злокачественных опухолей желудка на современном этапе

Abstract
Тезисы: Диагностика ранних форм рака желудка (I–II стадии) остаётся на невысоком уровне. Большинство больных выявляются в запущенных (III–IV) стадиях. Лечение местнораспространенного и метастатического рака желудка неудовлетворительно и требует своего улучшения. Наряду с совершенствованием комбинированного хирургического лечения открытым лапаротомным доступом предпринимаются попытки лапароскопических вмешательств по поводу местнораспространенного рака желудка. В лечении также рассматривается обзор системной химиотерапии метастатического рака желудка, циторедуктивной хирургии, паллиативной внутрибрюшной химиотерапии, внутрибрюшной аэрозольной химиотерапии под давлением (PIPAC).
