Ruslan Aleksandrovich graduated from the Krasnoyarsk Medical Academy in 2001. In 2002, he completed his clinical residency in urology, and from 2003 to 2006, he completed postgraduate studies in oncology. Since 2006, Ruslan Aleksandrovich has worked as an oncologist at the regional oncology center. In 2014, he defended his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences, and that same year, he became Head of the Department of Oncology and Radiation Therapy with a postgraduate course. In 2019, he was promoted to Professor.
