The area of ​​professional practical and scientific activity is the study and implementation of rational principles of using antitumor (chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, and immunotherapy) therapy in patients with various malignancies within a multidisciplinary approach to the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors. Study of risk factors for tumor development and determination of prognostic factors.

Author of more than 200 scientific papers registered in Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed, 7 patents for inventions. Scientific supervisor of 23 applicants for the title of candidate of medical sciences (19 of whom successfully passed public defense and registration with the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation) and scientific consultant of 6 applicants for the academic degree of doctor of medical sciences (3 of whom successfully passed public defense and registration with the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation).
