  • Surgical treatment of patients with stage I-II cervical cancer, including neoadjuvant and adjuvant chemotherapy;
  • Organ-preserving treatment of patients with stage I-II cervical cancer, including those with a primary tumor size greater than 2 cm (extended trachelectomy);
  • Ultraconservative treatment of patients with stage I cervical cancer with a primary tumor size of up to 2 cm;
  • Surgical treatment of patients with uterine cancer, including pelvic and lumbar lymph node dissection;
  • Cytoreductive surgery for disseminated uterine cancer;
  • Surgical treatment of patients with disseminated borderline ovarian tumors, including organ-preserving treatment;
  • Surgical treatment of recurrent borderline ovarian tumors;
  • Surgical treatment of patients with ovarian cancer, including complete surgical staging in the early stages of the disease;
  • Performing extended and combined surgical interventions in patients with stage III-IV ovarian cancer;
  • Surgical treatment of recurrent ovarian cancer;
  • Installation of ports for intraperitoneal chemotherapy;
  • Pelvic exenteration.
