- Modern methods of surgical treatment of tumors of the abdominal organs:
- cytoreductive operations with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) for pseudomyxoma peritonei, peritoneal carcinomatosis, mucinous tumors;
- surgery of the liver, pancreas, bile ducts;
- combined interventions for retroperitoneal sarcomas, tumors of the inferior vena cava, and widespread gastric cancer;
- liver transplantation as a promising direction in the treatment of malignant tumors;
- treatment of intravenous leiomyomatosis with thrombus spread to the heart.
