РАК СРЕДНЕАМПУЛЯРНОГО ОТДЕЛА ПРЯМОЙ КИШКИ — КАКУЮ ОПЕРАЦИЮ ВЫБРАТЬ? — НИЗКАЯ ПЕРЕДНЯЯ РЕЗЕКЦИЯ ПРЯМОЙ КИШКИ

Аннотация

Развитие хирургии последнего столетия позволило перейти от выполнения брюшно-промежностной экстирпации прямой кишки всем больным раком прямой кишки к выполнению большинству пациентов операций, сопровождающихся сохранением сфинктерного аппарата, без ущерба онкологической радикальности. Рассмотрены возможности выполнения различных хирургических вмешательств при локализации опухоли в среднеампулярном отделе прямой кишки. Большое значение в современном подходе к лечению имеют не только непосредственные и отдаленные результаты лечения, но и качество жизни пациентов, связанное с адекватностью функции сохраненного сфинктерного аппарата.
