Целью настоящего обзора является систематизация накопленных результатов исследований ниволумаба в монотерапии и в комбинациях.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Five years ago, on November 23, 2015, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved nivolumab for the treatment of metastatic renal cell carcinoma, thus ushering in a new era of immunotherapy for this tumor.
