Внедрение в клиническую практику различных онкопластических резекций позволило расширить группу больных, которым можно выполнить органосохраняющую операцию при этом достигнув хорошего эстетического результата и повысить онкологическую безопасность. Для восполнения объема и реконструкции молочной железы относительно недавно начали применять перемещенные перфорантные лоскуты передней грудной стенки, ранее широко используемые в реконструктивно-пластической хирургии для закрытия дефектов верхней половины туловища. В статье приведен обзор актуальной на данную тему литературы, отражающий возможности методики, ее достоинства и недостатки.
