В работе описан принцип создания математической модели и программы для ЭВМ по расчету эффективности неоадъювантной химиотерапии с включением антракциклинов у больных с диагнозом трижды негативный рак молочной железы. Данное исследование проведено в Самарском областном клиническом онкологическом диспансере на основе статистической обработки результатов лечения 98 пациентов. Предложенная математическая модель и программа для ЭВМ (Свидетельство о государственной регистрации программ для ЭВМ № 2017660720 от 25.09.2017) позволяет с высокими показателями точности, чувствительности и специфичности определить эффективность химиотерапии, что возможно использовать для выработки схемы лечения больных с диагнозом трижды негативный рак молочной железы.
