Выбор тактики ведения каждого пациента индивидуален. Значимую роль в диагностике и лечении данного осложнения получили эндоскопические методики. Эндоскопия позволяет диагностировать наличие дефекта, а также оценить его локализацию и размеры. В последние десятилетия разработан ряд методов эндоскопического лечения несостоятельности анастомозов пищеварительного тракта, имеющих ряд преимуществ перед оперативным и консервативным ведением данной группы пациентов.
