Отдаленные результаты лечения рака яичников напрямую зависят от размеров остаточной опухоли после хирургического лечения. Так как в опухолевый процесс могут вовлекаться различные органы брюшной полости, зачастую возникает необходимость в выполнении мультиорганных резекций, однако они выполняются далеко не во всех случаях, что служит причиной большого количества неоптимальных циторедуктивных операций. В связи с этим в настоящее время привлекается все большее внимание к проблеме качества хирургического лечения при раке яичников. Данная статья посвящена обзору способов улучшения хирургического лечения при раке яичников, включая последние зарубежные и отечественные инициативы в данной области.

There is a major influence of residual tumor on long term survival in advanced ovarian cancer patients. Tumor can directly involve various organs of abdominal cavity. Complex surgical procedures and multiple resections may be necessary in order to achieve complete debulking. However, its rate remains low and sub-optimal debulking is common. Currently, quality of surgical treatment in ovarian cancer is an emerging medical problem. This article is dedicated to review of various approaches to improve quality of care in advanced ovarian cancer including recent local and international initiatives in this field.
