Пациенту было проведено комбинированное лечение, включающее транс-сфеноидальное удаление опухоли, 18 курсов паллиативной химиотерапии (ПХТ) и 3 курса стереотаксического облучения (СРТ) первичного образования, терапия каберголином и аналогами соматостатина. Больной прожил 2 года и 9 месяцев после обнаружения опухоли. На фоне лучевой терапии отмечалось уменьшение размеров первичной опухоли, а химиотерапия приводила к уменьшению метаболической активности метастазов.</p><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents a clinical case of “silent” ACTH-secreting pituitary carcinoma with multiple extra- and intracranial metastases. The patient received combined treatment including transsphenoidal removal of the tumor, 18 courses of palliative chemotherapy, 3 courses of stereotactic irradiation for primary tumor, therapy with cabergoline and somatostatin analogues. The patient lived 2 years and 9 months after the primary diagnosis of the tumor was made.
