Злокачественный выпот в полости перикарда в половине случаев приводит к тампонаде сердца и смерти больного. На сегодняшний день в онкологии актуальной задачей является поиск оптимально эффективного и низкотоксичного лечения канцероматоза перикарда и опухолевого перикардита. Одним из эффективных методов лечения данной сложной категории онкологических больных является внутриперикардиальная ИЛ-2-иммунотерапия.</p><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Pericarditis in cancer patients occures in the late stage of the disease and in 95% of cases is caused by metastases of lung, breast, gastrointestinal cancer and hemoblastosis. Malignant exudate in the pericardial cavity in half cases leads to tamponade of the heart and death of the patient. The actual goal in modern oncology is to find the most effective and low-toxic treatment of pericardial carcinomatosis and tumor pericarditis.
