Молекулярно-биологические исследования последних лет показали, что по спектру вызывающих его молекулярных событий этот тип опухолей является крайне гетерогенным.</p><p>В настоящем  обзоре рассмотрены основные молекулярно-генетические нарушения, характерные для ГЦР, роль хронической инфекции  вирусами гепатита В и С в развитии опухолей, проблема опухолевой гетерогенности и другие сложности и ограничения, препятствующие разработке действенных подходов к прогнозированию течения болезни и выбору оптимальной тактики лечения. Рассмотренные данные указывают на то, что разделение случаев ГЦР на отдельные субклассы в зависимости от их этиологических, морфологических  или генетических особенностей может позволить идентифицировать достоверные факторы прогноза внутри отдельных групп и оптимизировать подходы к выбору мишеней для направленной терапии.</p></abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>гепатоцеллюлярный рак</kwd><kwd>мутации</kwd><kwd>транскриптом</kwd><kwd>опухолевая гетерогенность</kwd><kwd>факторы прогноза</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Torre LA, Bray F, Siegel RL, Ferlay J, Lortet-Tieulent J, Jemal A.
