Цель: представить и проанализировать клинические результаты лечения пациентов с RAS-мутированным метастатическим колоректальным раком на основе двух наблюдений, оценив эффективность проведенных схем системной терапии, а также продемонстрировать факторы, влияющие на тактику лечения и ответ опухоли. Представленные случаи продемонстрировали необходимость в поиске новых маркеров и в персонализированном подходе к терапии у пациентов с колоректальным раком. Полученные наблюдения были сопоставлены с актуальными данными литературы, что позволяет продемонстрировать практическую значимость индивидуализированного подхода к лечению пациентов с RAS-мутированным метастатическим колоректальным раком.

Objective: to present and analyze the clinical treatment outcomes of patients with RAS-mutated metastatic colorectal cancer based on two case reports, assessing the efficacy of systemic therapy regimens, and demonstrating factors influencing treatment strategy and tumor response. These cases demonstrate the need for new markers and a personalized approach to therapy in patients with colorectal cancer. These observations were compared with current literature data, demonstrating the practical value of an individualized approach to treating patients with RAS-mutated metastatic colorectal cancer.
