На данный момент времени, существенной проблемой остается развитие эндокринной резистентности при применении гормонального лечения. В статье приведен обзор литературы о сигнальных путях, регулирующих опухолевый рост, механизмах развития эндокринной резистентности и о возможных путях ее преодоления.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>About 70% of cases of breast cancer (BC) are hormone-dependent tumors and the main method of treatment of such patients is antiestrogen therapy. At this time, development of endocrine resistance during this type of treatment remains a significant problem.
