Органосохраняющие операции стали неотъемлемой частью в комплексном лечении больных раком молочной железы и доказали не только свою безопасность, но и целесообразность с точки зрения сохранения органа. На протяжении длительного времени было показано, что сочетание органосохраняющей операции и лучевой терапии аналогично по своей безопасности мастэктомии. В тоже время неудовлетворительные с эстетической точки зрения результаты органосохраняющих операций, особенно при локализации опухоли в области верхне-внутреннего квадранта, привели к разработке новых видов операций, одна из которых под названием – «лоскут без названия» (no name flap) удовлетворяет не только онкологическим принципам, но и эстетическим результатам.

Breast-conserving therapy is well-controlled, safe and efficacious treatment for early-stage breast cancer. Breast-conserving therapy is culmination of fight for the nature breast after breast cancer. The use of the BCT for early-stage breast cancer is widely accepted and is mow the treatment of choice in the many countries. Well known that localisation of the tumour in the upperinner quadrant of the breast is difficult for the optimal result after BCT due to insufficient tissue in the upper pole. In our practice we use the new kind of BCT with the flap under the name («no name flap»). This technique has been demonstrated excellent cosmetic and oncological results.
