Появление новых таргетных препаратов, поставили перед нами новую проблему правильного их назначения. Селекция пациентов и рациональное использование таргетных агентов, не только позволит добиться высоких результатов в терапии, но предотвратит чрезмерного, и самое главное, не обоснованного назначения препаратов.
