У онкологических пациентов пусковым механизмом реактивации является иммуносупрессивный эффект химиотерапии. Согласно рекомендациям, профилактическое назначение ламивудина показано пациентам с положительным тестом на поверхностный антиген HBV, получающим химиотерапию. Ингибиторы тирозин-киназы (ТКИ) блокируют сигнальные пути опухолевых клеток и обычно не вызывают тяжелую иммуносупрессию. Сунитиниб – мультитаргетный ТКИ доказал свою эффективность в терапии распространенного почечно-клеточного рака (ПКР). Тем не менее, препарат имеет широкий спектр побочных эффектов. Насколько нам известно, реактивация HBV инфекции, как побочный эффект терапии сунитинибом, описана ранее не была.
