Однако злокачественные опухоли многих пациентов, получающих химиотерапию, оказываются нечувствительными к проводимому лечению. Другой проблемой большинства современных химиотерапевтических препаратов является высокая степень проявления побочных, токсических реакций для организма. Следует также отметить высокую стоимость и длительность лечения.
