Ежегодно в мире регистрируется свыше 1 млн случаев, половина из которых приводит к летальному исходу. На сегодняшний день актуально изучение молекулярно-генетических механизмов возникновения опухолей, что является важным вкладом в перспективу определения прогноза и тактики лечения. Представленная обзорная статья раскрывает современную классификацию механизмов опухолевой прогрессии при колоректальном раке.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Colorectal cancer ranks third among all cancers. More than 1 million cases are registered annually in the world, half of which are fatal. The investigation of the molecular genetic mechanisms of tumors’ development is relevant, which is an important contribution to the prospect of determining the prognosis and treatment tactics.
